    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    Teach lecture and lab content in alignment with the approved curriculum, required protocols, and course expectations.

    Develop and maintain course materials that support student learning and program goals.

    Create an engaging, inclusive learning environment that promotes student success.

    Monitor student progress, communicate promptly with program leadership, and support students' academic and clinical needs.

    Assist students in organizing and maintaining required attendance, clinical, and program documentation.

    Visit students at clinical sites, communicate with preceptors, and assess student performance in the clinical setting.

    Participate in course and program assessment, accreditation, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

    Document and verify that students complete required clinical hours and that faculty visit sites while students are present.

    Maintain current professional knowledge and relevant healthcare experience in the discipline.

    Use College technology effectively to teach, assess learning, and communicate with students.

    Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dean or designee.
