The Adjunct Clinical Instructor supervises pre-licensure nursing students in clinical and lab settings across various content areas, including Nursing Fundamentals, Adult Health, Maternal Health, Pediatrics, and Mental Health Nursing.
Essential duties include directing, managing, and evaluating student performance, providing instruction, and offering feedback on clinical reasoning and skills development.
Administrative responsibilities involve participating in course development, collaborating with staff, and serving as a liaison with clinical agencies.
The role requires RN licensure in Maryland, at least two years of recent clinical experience, a BSN (MSN preferred), and strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to interpret reports are necessary.
