Your Expertise Includes
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Arizona Principal Certification
- Bachelor's degree and a valid Arizona 6–12 Teaching Certificate.
- Experience teaching at the secondary level, with a minimum of five years of exemplary classroom teaching preferred.
- Experience working in a virtual learning environment with knowledge of online student engagement, behavior management, and MTSS best practices.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, leadership, organizational, and data analysis skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual collaboration tools, and educational technology platforms.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or evaluating instructional staff.
- Knowledge of Arizona online education regulations, instructional best practices, and student support systems.
