ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES The Cybersecurity instructor must have hands-on experience in cybersecurity and a passion for educating the next generation of professionals. Expertise should include secure programming, ethical hacking, penetration testing, digital forensics, cloud security, and treat intelligence. A commitment to student success, innovative teaching methods and staying current with industry trends is essential. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver engaging instruction in cybersecurity topics to a diverse student population. Develop course syllabi, ensuring alignment with industry standards and institutional guidelines.Employ a variety of teaching methodologies, including hands-on labs, simulations, and case studies.Mentor students, providing academic guidance and career advice.Assess student performance through practical exercises, exams and projects. Maintain and update course materials to reflect the latest cybersecurity trends and threats. Participate in curriculum development, program reviews, and accreditation processes.Foster a collaboration through office hours, online communication, and student engagement initiatives.
