ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES This is an Adjunct Faculty position that supports the Digital Communications Technology program. The candidate will have to teach the students to: Identify basic principles of electricity (A/C and D/C), voltage, current, and circuitry; apply Ohms law to electrical calculations; use test equipment to measure continuity, voltage, and current values; and use electrical safety practices. Apply safety techniques while working on and troubleshooting various circuits and components; interpret color codes and other descriptors used in electronics; identify various sources of electricity in DC circuits; interpret characteristics of voltage, current, resistance, and power in DC circuits; measure voltage, current, and resistance in DC circuits using measuring devices.
