This adjunct position involves providing classroom or online instruction in various engineering technology courses, including laser safety, optics, manufacturing processes, circuits, digital systems, electronics, mechanics, PLCs, motors, kinematics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Essential duties include preparing and delivering engaging lessons, establishing a positive learning environment, assessing student achievement, maintaining records, and collaborating with college personnel.
Minimum qualifications are a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology with at least three years of industry or teaching experience. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, additional industry experience, online teaching skills, and experience working with diverse students.
