The Center for Academic Success & Enrichment is seeking a part-time faculty (professional) tutor to support the School of Nursing - Worcester. The selected candidate will offer remote and/or in-person academic tutoring support to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing - Postbaccalaureate program.
Provide supplemental tutoring support related to nursing coursework. Support includes but is not limited to: Foundations in Nursing and Health and Wellness IV: Advanced Med/Surg.
Meet with students by appointment virtually/in a remote setting
Provide work for students to do following tutoring session to check for understanding
Collaborate with the applicable course instructor to determine plan of action for specific students (when applicable)
Provide feedback to students specific to progression in subject matter
Provide feedback to the program director as to student progress
