Primary responsibilities include designing, delivering, and managing courses across multiple instructional modalities, while fostering an inclusive and supportiv e learning environment. Faculty are expected to demonstrate subject matter expertise, employ effective teaching approaches, and maintain professional standards in student engagement and co urse management. Required Qualifications: Please ensure your application materials clearly demonstrate how you meet the following: Master's degree in Anthropology or related field 1-2 years of teaching experience in Political Science, Public Policy, Public Administration or related field OR combination of teaching experience and related professional experience Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively. Proven ability to build positive relationships with students, fostering a supportive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
