Position Overview
This faculty member teaches Architecture/Interior Design courses.
Courses may be taught in an array of teaching modalities: MDC In-Person, MDC Live (Learning Interactively in a Virtual Environment), MDC Online (online delivery) and Blended Classes.
What you will be doing
- Teaches lecture and studio courses
- Participates in curriculum development and revision
- Recruits, advises and evaluates students
- Performs other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed
- Masters degree in Architecture from a regionally accredited institution; or a Masters degree from a regionally accredited institution and 18 graduate semester hours in Architecture and/or Interior Design
- Teaching experience at college or community college level preferred
- Ability to work well with students, faculty and staff
- Ability to function well in a technological environment
- Must possess excellent organizational skills
