About The Kakos School of Arts and Sciences:

The Kakos School of Arts and Sciences is a vibrant, interdisciplinary community of student and faculty scholars working together to advance excellence in research, teaching, and learning. Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Adjunct Faculty members to join our Biological & Chemical Sciences Department at Manhattan University on an ongoing basis. The adjunct faculty will be responsible to teach General Chemistry laboratories.

Job Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching chemistry lab courses, based on need.
• Conduct laboratory sessions to supplement coursework.
• Prepare course materials, syllabi, and assessments.
• Provide timely feedback on student progress and assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree.
• Masters degree, or current enrollment in a master's program, majoring in chemistry or a related field.
• Teaching experience is preferred.
