Job Summary
This is a part time, adjunct appointment in the Skilled Trades Division. The position requires flexibility of scheduling.
This posting will remain open to retain a pool of qualified applicants.
Job Duties:
- Teach Medium/Heavy Duty Diesel Curriculum classes in electricity, engine repair, hydraulics, fluid power, power trains, steering/suspension and brakes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two or more years of verifiable work experience related to the field
- Appropriate ASE Medium/Heavy Truck Diesel Certifications or demonstrated competencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in subject area and three to five years of verifiable work experience related to the field.
- ASE Medium/Heavy Truck Master Certification.
- To be considered for an adjunct faculty position, unofficial postsecondary transcripts are required at the time of the application.
