General Statement Adjunct instructors are hired based on the needs of the institution which are evaluated every semester in each of these areas General Education Business Technology & Transfer Trades and Health Sciences.

Duties and Responsibilities Preparing and teaching subject matter content to traditional and nontraditional students. Assist with syllabus preparation and developing curriculum. Ability to stay current in field. Contribute to an effective work atmosphere by interacting positively and appropriately with students co-workers supervisors and visitors.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience Education Knowledge & Skills Masters or Doctorate degrees in industry or related field Appropriate industry or field certifications if applicable Related work experience in degree area industry or field of expertise Successful teaching experience face to face andor online Experience in Higher Education two-year college or Community College setting. Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
