Trinity College of Nursing and Health Sciences  is seeking dedicated and dynamic healthcare professionals to join our team as Adjunct Faculty. This role offers the opportunity to provide educational leadership while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment for a diverse student population.

 

The Adjunct Faculty member collaborates with College leadership to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate assigned didactic, laboratory, and clinical learning experiences. Faculty responsibilities are aligned with the College’s vision, mission, values, and established learning domains.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates ability to meet business needs of department with regular, reliable attendance
  • Employee maintains current licenses and/or certifications required for the position. 
  • Practices and reflects knowledge of HIPAA, TJC, DNV, OSHA, FERPA, TITLE IX, and other federal/state regulatory agencies guiding higher education and healthcare. 
  • Completes all annual education and competency requirements within the calendar year. 
  • Is knowledgeable of College, hospital, and department compliance requirements commensurate with position (Title IV, Title IX, Campus Violence).  Brings any questions or concerns regarding compliance to the immediate attention of supervisor.  Takes appropriate action on concerns reported by department staff related to compliance. 
Qualifications:

Minimun Qualifications:

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Radiography

 

Experience: 2 Years Clincal Practice

 

Licenses/Certifications: Radiologic Technologist License in Both Iowa and Illinors or Eligible. CPR apon hire. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Education: Masters in Higher Education or Equivalent. 

 

Experience: Previous Teaching Experience
