Description The Hofstra University School of Health Sciences is pleased to invite applications for Adjunct Faculty positions in the Department of Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Undergraduate and/or graduate teaching of speech-language pathology and/or audiology courses. • Course development and delivery. • Student evaluation. • Maintaining office hours or student availability. • Participation in assessment of student learning outcomes. • Adherence to departmental, college, and accreditation standards.
Position title at the time of hiring is dependent upon previous experience.
Qualifications M.A., Ph.D., or Au.D. required.

Salary Salary Range $1458-$1711 per credit hour
Additional Information Hofstra University provides the above salary as a good faith estimate of the starting pay range, which considers factors such as but not limited to scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, and education. In addition to the salary offered, we offer a collegial and inclusive culture and a benefits program, which includes generous paid time off, paid holidays, tuition remission for employees and eligible dependents, and a retirement plan with University contributions. Salary ranges indicated for positions covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement are in accordance with the CBA.
