• Basic Nutrition • Food Service Management • Food Service Operations • Quantity Food Production • Medical Nutrition Therapy • Other related courses
Minimum Qualifications --------------------
M.S. in Food in Nutrition, Nutrition Education, or Clinical Nutrition required Experience in Clinical Nutrition or the Food Service Industry (a plus) Experience in teaching college-level courses preferred Ability to maintain state-of-the-art analytical instrumentation and incorporate it into courses desired
