Sacred Heart University's Department of Finance in the AACSB-accredited Welch College of Business & Technology invites applications for Adjunct Instructors ready to help students harness the power of finance, analytics, and artificial intelligence in a rapidly changing financial and business landscape.Artificial intelligence and emerging technologies are transforming how organizations analyze data, manage risk, make decisions, and create value. At Sacred Heart, adjunct instructors bring financial and industry expertise into a rigorous, applied learning environment where students connect theory with hands-on analysis, current technology, and real-world business challenges.Teaching opportunities span finance, investment management, financial technology and analytics, business analytics and applied AI, and real estate. Programs range from the Bachelor of Science in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Financial Technology & Analytics to the Master of Science in Finance & Investment Management and Doctor of Business Administration in Finance, with additional accelerated pathways, minors, and graduate certificates.Dedicated facilities, industry collaboration, professional credentials, and applied research opportunities support teaching and learning for an AI-enabled economy. Teach assigned undergraduate or graduate finance courses in accordance with established course objectives and academic standardsConnect financial theory with applied analysis, emerging technologies, and current business challenges
Qualifications:
Master's degree in finance, business, analytics, or a closely related fieldTerminal degree and prior college-level teaching experience preferredCommitment to fostering a collegial and supportive environment in which all members of the University community can thrive and succeed
