Adjunct Instructor, Percussion

High Point University is currently seeking an Adjunct Instructor of Percussion. This position is for teaching private percussion lessons and leading/conducting the percussion ensemble.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Masters required

• Doctorate in music preferred

Experience and Training:

• 5 years teaching experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Ability:

• Talented musician and passionate pedagogue

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Teach percussion and conduct/lead the percussion ensemble

ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Reports to the Chair of the Department of Music
