Adjunct Instructor – Sciences (Animal Sciences)

Sole Hire, LLC has been retained to recruit on behalf of its client, a postsecondary institution in the higher education sector, for a part-time Adjunct Instructor to teach Animal Sciences coursework.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lecture, laboratory, and clinical instruction according to established curriculum
  
• Maintain daily lesson plans and monitor student attendance and retention
  
• Grade and return assignments within 48 hours of the due date
  
• Provide student support during office hours or by appointment
  
• Participate in student retention efforts, including identifying and referring at-risk students
  
• Advise students on academic policies and performance, in coordination with program leadership
  
• Maintain professional development to meet accreditation standards
  
• Attend mandatory department and campus meetings
  

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required
  
• 18 credits in Physics
  
• 18 credits in Life Sciences
  
• Additional qualifications may apply depending on program and class level
