We are excited to announce multiple Adjunct Teaching opportunities for our Cincinnati, OH BSN campus, as well as full-time teaching roles.
These are on-site, in-person positions, with teaching assignments beginning on or after 8/31/2026
Responsibilities:
Nursing Adjunct Faculty support student achievement of course objectives while modeling Arizona College of Nursing’s values of Passion, Adaptability, Accountability, Integrity, and Excellence.
Responsibilities may include:
- Teach and evaluate students in a clinical setting; lab/simulation and/or didactic opportunities may be available on occasion
- Create an engaging learning environment that supports academic progression and professional socialization
- Assess student learning, provide timely feedback, and support remediation of at-risk students
- Collaborate with Course Lead Faculty on curriculum delivery, student success plans, and program evaluation
- Maintain accurate student and clinical documentation and comply with FERPA and college policies
- Communicate professionally with students, faculty, and clinical partners
- Attend required orientations, faculty meetings, and clinical site briefings
Additional expectations:
- Coach students on leadership, ethics, communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and professionalism
- Connect students with campus resources to support success
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Master’s- and/or doctorate-level nursing degree
- 3+ years of recent direct RN-level patient care experience
- Flexibility to teach clinicals required; flexibility to teach labs and/or didactic courses in other areas of the nursing curriculum is strongly preferred.
