Adjunct Professor of Economics (Fall 2026)

The Adjunct Professor of Economics will have teaching responsibilities of courses that include Microeconomics in Fall 2026 and Macroeconomics in Spring 2027.

  • The ability to utilize effective teaching methods and strategies

Education and/or Experience

  • Earned doctoral degree in Economics preferred
  • Master's Degree in Economics or Finance that includes 18 graduate credit hours in economics required
  • Course development experiences that reflects current economic trends
  • Successful undergraduate classroom teaching (in person) and advising
  • Record of research and/or community engagement in the field of economics

Required Qualifications

  • Technologically savvy
  • Ability to successfully learn the college''s LMS
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, administrators, faculty, staff, and outside constituencies
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks under tight deadlines and stressful situations
