The School of Management accepts applications for Adjunct Faculty on an ongoing, rolling basis. We continuously review submissions to maintain a qualified pool of instructors for our courses in Entrepreneurship, Human Resources, Management, Operations Management, and Strategy.

Because adjunct roles provide flexible, as-needed support for both in-person and online courses, this active requisition allows us to respond rapidly to shifting enrollment or emergency staffing needs.

    • Cover Letter: Explicitly state your preferred teaching modalities and locations (Hattiesburg Campus, Long Beach/Gulf Park Campus, and/or Online).
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    • Unofficial Transcripts: Highlighting your graduate-level management coursework.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for visa sponsorship. The University will not sponsor applicants for work visas (e.g., H-1B).
