About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Adjuster / Maintenance Person to support production operations, lead team members, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support production team members during your shift
- Train employees on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Adjust, troubleshoot, and assist with maintaining machinery
- Perform product quality checks
- Help maintain smooth production flow and delegate tasks
- Assist with machine setup (print & gauge settings)
- Provide feedback to the Shift Supervisor on team performance
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read a ruler to 1/32”
- Basic computer and math skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must supply your own basic tools/toolbox
Additional Info
- Overtime may be required, including some Saturdays or holidays
- Manufacturing environment (noise, heat, moving machinery)
- PPE required: safety shoes, hearing protection, eye protection
