  • Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Carrier experience is desired. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Liability experience is a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Current, active Xactimate license and experience writing both residential and commercial damage estimates in Xactimate.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ability to pass a background screen.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Current, active license where required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Equipment and ability to access roofs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
