Please note: This is a CSR role, and the worker will be on the phone
Equipment: To be provided by ***
Training Schedule: Training will be Monday Friday 8:30am or 9am
Hours of Operations: Sunday Thursday, 8am-4:30pm EST; Days off Friday and Satursday. Normally the team rotates weekends but since this person will be working Satuday, they would not be required to work the Sunday rotation.
They still would need to sign up for rotating holiday coverage.
Job Responsibilities:
" Assist with maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers.
" Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
" Escalate non-routine customer issues to tier 2 Admins.
" Working in a team environment, communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
" Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
" High School Diploma or equivalent.
" 1-2 years of experience.I
