Health Advocates Network is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at a facility in Kingston, NY. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $18 / hour
Shift details:
Position requires experience and skill in the following:
- Using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Forms.
- Using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms for providing virtual services.
- Managing multiple tasks
- Ability to meet required time lines and prioritize duties to meet those time lines.
- Ability to process applications, register and review for completion
- Ability to learn specific computer programs specific to ACCES-VR
- Duties, include but not limited to:
- Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets) Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing)
- Data entry
- Emailing, scanning and faxing duties
- Reception desk coverage
- Processing mail
- Corresponding with and answering customer questions Scheduling appointments
