Health Advocates Network is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant work at a facility in New York, NY. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $18 / hour
Shift details:
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Prepare and organize documents and reports
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Enter data and update records
- Assist with office tasks and daily operations
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Greet visitors and provide basic assistance
- Support managers and staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management skills
