Description
Golden SVCS, LLC is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant. This position provides administrative support to the staff and office of the Protective Force. In addition to administrative support, the selectee will administer the Protective Force Safety Program as directed by the Task Order Manager. The applicant must be effective a managing various priorities, maintaining busy calendars, making travel arrangements, reviewing and approving timesheets, preparing correspondence, monitoring expenses, coordinating and scheduling meetings and events, and solving problems with emphasis on accuracy, responsiveness, and dependability. This is a highly visible position which requires professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy and the ability to be customer-oriented and interact well with others. A high level of discretion and confidentiality in all business matters must be consistently maintained.
Applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience/education in the business clerical field with an emphasis on office administration. Must have demonstrated typing skills and experience with computers, business office equipment
Applicant must demonstrate proficiency with the MS Office Suite
Applicant must demonstrate the ability to analyze data for creating reports and memos
Applicant must be highly organized with a high attention to detail and the ability to understand and follow directions precisely
Applicant must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience administering OSHA compliant safety programs to include tracking, reporting, and mitigating safety incidents in the work place
Applicant must possess or meet the requirements that reasonably assure a DOE (Q) security clearance can be obtained and maintained
