This administrative position offers a competitive pay range of $15.50 to $16.00 per hour, along with the opportunity for annual bonuses and participation in our Coop Retirement program. The Admin. Assistant role is part-time, with a flexible schedule totaling 20 to 25 hours per week. We are able to accommodate various scheduling preferences, whether that be five mornings per week, three full days, or another arrangement that meets business needs. Additional hours may be available during Saturday mornings, the summer harvest period, or to provide coverage during other staff absences.

AVERAGE DAY AS AN ADMIN. ASSISTANT
In the role of part-time Admin. Assistant, you will begin your day by managing office communications, including telephone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. You will collaborate with fellow office staff to answer questions from vendors and customers, prepare and send important mailings, and maintain organized records. Your responsibilities will also include reconciling cash receipts, assisting with financial recordkeeping, processing invoices, and supporting the feed, fuel, and grain departments with various administrative tasks. Throughout the day, you will work to uphold a professional and welcoming office environment, provide assistance to customers and co-workers, and ensure that the office runs efficiently and accurately.
