Join our Enrolment SURGE Team and help ensure a smooth, accurate enrolment experience for students during one of the busiest times of the year.
We're recruiting six temporary roles across South Hampshire College Group, including MIS & Enrolment Support, to assist with enrolment processing using ProSolution and provide essential behind‑the‑scenes support.
What You'll Do
Support enrolment processing using ProSolution (Management Information System)
Assist with appointments, queries, and on‑site processes
Provide excellent customer service and guidance
Work collaboratively across teams during peak periods
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and organisation skills
Basic IT skills
A proactive, flexible approach
Confidence working in a busy, customer‑facing environment
Accuracy and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to support students
What We Offer
One full day of training w/c 17 August 2026
