Pay Range: $20- $25/Hr. on W2
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Description:
Provide administrative and coordination support to multiple teams, supervisors, or business functions simultaneously.
Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and documentation with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Support daily operations by prioritizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and managing competing requests.
Prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Client Office tools.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
Administrative, coordination, or operational support experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Experience supporting multiple teams, supervisors, or business functions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in Client Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
Excel – ability to create pivot tables or macros a plus but not required
Demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information professionally.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work.
