Job Summary and Qualifications:

In this position, you will provide direct administrative support for multiple leaders and will be responsible for the overall work flow of the Hospital Administration office. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Greets visitors and answers telephone using appropriate etiquette and customer service.
•  Plans and coordinates meetings of executives and works through scheduling conflicts.
• Completes projects delegated to them on time using software and resources available to them. 
• Keeps office organized and clean 
•  Coordinating award and recognition programs for hospital colleagues 
• The ability to collaborate with multiple departments to complete special projects and requests. 
• Compose correspondence, memos and reports, according to guidelines and in a timely manner 
•  Assist with writing letters to staff, physicians, and patient/families.
• Maintain excellent relationships with departments throughout the hospital 
• Be comfortable entering data/news on hospital intranet page. 

What qualifications you will need:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required. Some college required. 
• Typing speed of 60 wpm and strong PC skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess strong customer service skills. Prior health care experience preferred.
