Administrative Assistant to Executive Leaders of Aon Captive & Insurance Management
Location: Hybrid- Vermont (Min 3x a week in office)
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Administrative Assistant to Executive Leaders, to provide shared support to the Managing Director of our Captive Management team, and other leaders. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and enjoys working across teams, priorities, and leadership levels.
The successful candidate will be a trusted operational partner, supporting both day‑to‑day administrative needs and a wide range of project, business development, and communication initiatives. Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency, exceptional organization, and excellent communication skills are essential, including social media use.

This role plays a critical part in enabling leadership effectiveness across Captive Management and Captive Consulting. The Administrative Assistant will help ensure operational excellence, effective communication, and seamless coordination across teams—contributing directly to the success and visibility of our captive and consulting businesses.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $60,000-$85,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
