Title:  Administrative Assistant
Location: Ash Flat, AR (100% Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20 per hour


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and office support to multiple supervisors and departments
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, providing professional assistance and directing inquiries as needed
  • Greet visitors and coordinate visitor access while maintaining a professional office environment
  • Perform general clerical duties including typing, filing, faxing, scanning, and document management
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other administrative documents
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily administrative tasks
  • Conduct internet research and gather information to support business needs and projects
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, interviews, and appointments with attention to detail
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related activities, including interview scheduling and employee documentation
  • Assist with planning, setup, coordination, and execution of company events and special projects
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of administrative information
  • Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and external contacts through written and verbal communication

  • Experience with event planning, coordination, or project support preferred
  • Previous HR department experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple supervisors
