The Correspondence Processor is a non-clinical staff with a high school education and some experience in the medical field, preferably in managed care positions. Processes and monitors all member and provider correspondence through the Molina Healthcare letter database. Adheres to UM policies and procedures. Must have skills: attention to detail, fast learner, able to adapt to change, multi-tasking skill.
Day to day duties include letter generation—selects correct template, minor grammar checks, sends letters out within required time frame.
Required experience/education: High School Graduate/ GED.
Expected schedule: 9-6pm PST Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday.
Required IT equipment: Laptop, keyboard, docking station, 2 monitors.
