Job Title: Data Operations / Case Management Specialist

Location: Remote
Duration: 8 Months Contract

Work Location & Schedule

  • Remote Option: Yes (GA, CO, Mid-Atlantic)

Role Overview

This role focuses on supporting operational workflows through accurate data entry, case management, and coordination with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong attention to detail, system proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while ensuring timely resolution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry for customer, account, and case information
  • Route cases to appropriate functional teams
  • Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Validate data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
  • Maintain and update case records with detailed documentation
  • Track and manage multiple cases across different stages
  • Collaborate with internal teams including billing, claims, eligibility, and technical support

Top Skills Required

  • High attention to detail with minimal data entry errors
  • Strong typing proficiency (speed and accuracy)
  • Data validation and quality checking skills
  • Comfort working with CRM tools, case management systems, Excel, and internal databases

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 7 10 years of related experience
  • Proficiency with Client tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor s degree
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, project tracking systems, and data tracking systems

Preferred Experience

  • Background in healthcare operations, benefits, or claims workflows
  • Knowledge of HIPAA practices (if applicable)
  • Familiarity with SLAs and performance metrics for case resolution
