Position Summary The Administrative and Clinical Recruiter manages the full cycle of clinical recruitment, ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified administrative and healthcare professionals. This role involves evaluating staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating the hiring process, preparing offers and contracts, and collecting all necessary documentation for credentialing and privileging.
Key Responsibilities The recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruitment of professional staff, including but not limited to physicians, nurses, physician assistants, and other clinical staff and leadership and administrative roles. Duties include:
