Job Duties:
  • Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to promote a productive and team-oriented work environment
  • Managed schedules, prioritized tasks, and consistently met operational deadlines
  • Administered and maintained field service management software to support daily business operations
  • Supported field staff efficiency by coordinating work orders, schedules, and access to historical job data
  • Coordinated with service teams to schedule and dispatch trucking services and equipment deliveries
  • Maintained detailed customer records, managed work orders, and uploaded job-site documentation and photos
  • Communicated professionally with supervisors, customers, and coworkers through verbal, written, and in-person interactions
  • Provided administrative support through reporting, special projects, and operational program assistance

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated, with a strong willingness to take on additional responsibilities
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Experienced in detailed information management and coordinating field support operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend both languages
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general business software, with the ability to quickly learn new applications
  • Able to successfully pass alcohol and drug screening requirements
  • Possess a valid driver’s license

Pay: $20.50 – 23.50/HR DOE
Shift: Monday – Friday 6:30 am to 3 pm (OT as needed)
