Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Greeter to work at a facility in Albany , New York. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $18 / hour
Job Description:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with consistent face-to-face customer service skills
- Will be standing assisting customer with their applications, forms, etc.
- Must be able to operate a computer/tablet
- Able to speak professional and courteously to customers.
- Manage customers in the queuing system
- Grade vision test results
- Enter passing vision test results into computer
- Assist customers at DMV kiosks
- Take customer photos for driver's licenses
- The greeter position involves standing for their entire shift.
