Job Summary
The Administrative Manager Associate of the Briarwood Medical Group Ambulatory Care Unit (ACU) reports to the Associate Director for the Briarwoods region within the primary care oversight area, and partners with the Medical Director and the Nurse Leader for overall performance and management of the Briarwood Medical Group. This position has dedicated effort to provide administrative leadership and operations management to the Briarwood Medical Group. Additionally, dedicated effort will be provided to guide, implement and support primary care oversight operational initiatives at Michigan Medicine.

Background Screening
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings. Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act. Pre-employment drug testing applies to all selected candidates, including new or additional faculty and staff appointments, as well as transfers from other U-M campuses.
