Job Description:
- Must have experience answering phones in a commercial environment
- Will be responsible for processing payable invoices (Inbound & Outbound)
- Billing
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Will review and manage account receivables
- Scheduling inbound/outbound appointments
- Creating/updating customer account SOPs
- Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Import/Export experience is preferred
