Provides high-level administrative and analytical support to a function. This role does little coordinating. Accurately and efficiently investigates, researches, assembles, prepares and provides information, documents and materials, as requested. Ensures the quality of administrative activities in the department, the timeliness and accuracy of reports, and the manner in which requests from management are handled. Plans project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks. Supports the staff by facilitating project logistics. Develops presentations. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational difficulties and makes recommendations to solve problems. Mandatory: Requires an Associates degree or equivalent administrative experience. 2 or more years experience required. This is typically a step out of the administrative ranks and into an analyst role within the function. The progression to this level is based on business need, skill level, performance and the potential for the incumbent to move into a fully analytical job within the function.
