Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work at a facility in Los Angeles, California.

Pay Rate: $52 / hour

Shifts Available:

• 40 hours per week
• 8 hours
• Days

Nursing Specialty:

• Utilization Management

Qualifications:

• Ensure that profiles are submitted only for RNs who are fully committed to working an 8-week assignment.
• Required certifications include current Registered Nurse license, AHA BLS, current MAB/CPI certificate; LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA City), and completion of the LA County Employee Health Clearance prior to the assignment start date.

Assignment Information:

Is currently in need of Registered Nurse (s) with a minimum of 2 years of Utilization Management or Case Management (CM) experience, knowledge of Medi-Cal and/or Managed Care regulations, clinical expertise, discretion, and independent judgment to utilization management and care coordination methodologies and practices, focusing on the needs of the patient. DHS-UM ensures access to high-quality, patient-centered, cost- effective health to LA County residents through direct services at DHS Facilities and through collaboration with university partners. Team members are advocates whose mission is to assist DHS patients by accessing timely services with appropriate resources.
