Currently, we have an Admin Services Associate opportunity with the nation's leading provider of title insurance and transaction services, known for financial strength, stability, and a culture of innovation. The Admin Services Associate is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Provide administrative support to functional areas, department managers, and staff members.
  • Compose, type, proofread, and prepare letters, reports, and other business materials using automated office equipment and computer software.
  • Maintain alphabetical, numerical, and subject filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, graphs, presentations, and research materials using spreadsheet, database, and graphic software.
  • Illustrate and organize data for reporting purposes.
  • Serve as an information resource regarding organizational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate special projects and department activities as assigned.
  • Screen incoming calls, take and deliver messages, and provide information to callers.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Prepare, sort, and distribute mail.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4–6 years of administrative support experience in an office or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with office equipment and computer-based business applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Pay Rate: $22.27 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
