The Admin Specialist will provide administrative, financial, project, data, and customer service support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with budget development, expenditure monitoring, and financial statement reconciliation.
Investigate financial discrepancies and process corrective actions.
Coordinate and independently complete special projects.
Arrange conferences, meetings, seminars, and other departmental activities.
Extract, compile, analyze, and interpret data from various sources and databases.
Manage departmental information systems.
Prepare databases, reports, charts, graphs, and spreadsheets.
Compose formal correspondence and other internal/external documents.
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex administrative and customer service issues.
Interpret and communicate organizational policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to lower-level staff.
Assist with application screening and initial interviews for entry-level positions when needed.
Investigate patient and provider complaints and prepare reports identifying root causes and service recovery actions.
Support departmental operations while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs.
