About the Position

This is a time limited position. Organize, scan and file AP documents and vendor correspondence; maintain and update vendor tracking spreadsheets as invoices are received; assist with mail processing, copying, and document preparation; run and file daily warrant reports; maintain organized monthly folders for retrieval; Scan/save documentation using required naming conventions; maintain consistent electronic filing structure; support communication and follow-up with vendors and internal departments under AP Supervisor's direction; monitor AP email inbox and route invoices/receiving documentation for packet completion; provide general clerical support to ensure AP operations run efficiently and documentation is complete; other duties as assigned.
