Administration Assistant

Top Global Firm Hybrid work schedule, will be administering Salesforce license agreements with customer and add them to the main CRM .

The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for sending out appropriate license agreement templates for the user licensing of all online package products, assisting the Customer Licensing Admins with creating contract records in the CRM system, sending follow-up emails regarding the status of the license agreements, sending simple amendments/documents with minimal customization, and other administrative tasks as needed by the Customer Licensing team.   

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, with a focus on Business Administration or other related business field

Experience:

• 2+ years related experience  
• Prior training in  Sales Force Automation (SFA) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (experience with Salesforce.com is highly desirable)
• Relevant experience in administrative tasks, document processing, and document generation.
