What You'll Do:

Oversee and lead administrative staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency in branch operationsSupport sales efforts by assisting the branch sales team and handling customer interactionsProcess claims and ensure proper documentation and resolutionReview and manage daily stock receiving and invoicing reportsOversee physical inventories and assist with cycle count managementHandle petty cash transactions, including reconciliationCoordinate with warehouse supervisors to manage inbound/outbound shipments and customer service issues

What You'll Bring:

2-5 years of related experience preferredStrong planning, organization, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and telephone skills to evaluate issues and recommend solutionsKnowledge of finance and accounting transactions in a distribution settingExperience in inventory control, stock handling, and building products

Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations.
