Perform administrative duties to support Director and/or large staff
Duties/Responsibilities Answering telephone calls and greeting visitors. Determine which requests need to be handled by supervisor or team member Schedule meetings, appointments and maintain calendars Arrange and prepare materials for staff and other meetings Take notes and minutes in meetings Prepare communications and documents, such as memos, emails , invoices and other correspondence Research and book travel arrangements for staff members Complete expense reports Respond to procedural requests Create and maintain a filing system Process and distribute incoming email Generate and analyze reports, if applicable Perform other duties as assigned to meet the business needs or customer requirements This is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities, but rather a general description of work performed by the position.
Required Work Experience 2-4 years administrative experience
Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) necessary to effectively interact with customers and co-workers Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications HS Diploma or Equivalent Required Bachelor s Degree Business or related field Preferred

Offer of Employment Process
When making any offer of employment to a successful candidate, Mindlance staff is responsible to the hiring party to inform the candidate of the client's intent to extend a contingent offer of employment. Upon the successful completion of the background check and drug screen, the submission of all Mindlance paperwork along with any client specific documents the associate will be cleared for their assignment. Once the start instructions are received, which is typically the Friday prior to the candidate's start date the associate will receive starting instructions from the account management team.
