Position Summary: Responsible for administration of the Field Service group.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside sales people as directed
  • Maintain Service site on SESCOshare to include:
  • Service Requests
  • Work project updates
  • Upload panel schedules and one lines
  • Maintain LCDservice@sescolighting email
  • RMA organization
  • Create expense reports by project for Field Service Techs to turn over to project administrator
  • Inventory management for field service parts
  • SESCO Tech Support number, first point of contact
  • Maintain knowledge of currently represented products
  • Create and distribute final project documents as needed
  • Other Duties as assigned by manager

Essential Skills:

  • Must possess 1 year of experience in construction related field
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
  • Excellent follow-up skills required
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, internet research, and BlueBeam experience a plus
  • Travel to factories as needed for product training
