We are a growing construction company focused on residential and commercial projects. Our team is small, fast-moving, and focused on building efficient systems and delivering high quality work.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and take ownership of key operational tasks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams

Track invoices, expenses, and assist with QuickBooks entries

Maintain CRM and internal systems to keep data organized

Support project coordination and follow-ups

Help improve workflows and internal processes

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Comfortable using or learning tools like CRM systems and QuickBooks

Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
